Are you really going to keep running to run away from him? Maybe he can be stopped. There's a lot of metas here that are on the side of good.

Yeah. I'm going to keep moving because I'm pretty attached to that whole breathing and existing thing. And I don't want anyone else getting hurt in the process.

[She might. Feed him enough and maybe pet him and he'll stick around. He's easily plied with simple things.]

[Blink. He sits back a little.] How.. how did you know?

[She gets up when she sees the empty bowl and warms up the rest of the chili because there's some left over]

We have a family friend. You look like him, kind of, if he actually was cool.

You mean with cold? [Because she'd hit him pretty hard with it and he was still clutching that blanket even as the chili warmed him up from the inside.]
