Yes but it doesn't feel good. Sure the sex is good, no complaints there. But feeling empty like this, is. I'm not sure that he does love me... or would want to stay.

You don't seem to have a problem talking about how you feel and what you want. Talking to a stranger has to be a lot different than talking to Thom but these seem like things that you should be saying to him.
