[ Isaac makes a weird gesture with his hands and is floating a foot or so off the ground a few seconds later. ]

I can summon a giant demon scorpion too!

[Scirocco... stares. If he's amazed or surprised, he hides it well. ]

... Fascinating. But I'm not one of the common rabble who can be fooled by parlor tricks. Show me this scorpion of yours.

[ He frowns because this is certainly no parlor trick and he's been practicing quite hard. ]

Prepare to be amazed!

[ He pulls a slip of paper from his pocket with a simple summoning circle on it and mutters a spell under his breath. There's a flash of light and suddenly there's a scorpion roughly the size of a Saint Bernard before him. Which somehow manages to look confused as to WHY it was summoned here. ]

You're not afraid of them cheating? I imagine it'd be pretty easy.

We use the honours system. Besides, I'd probably be the better cheater anyway...

[And, as if by magic, a deck of cards appears and he starts shuffling it one-handed.]

Oh wow... You'd probably make an excellent magician with fingerwork like that.

I have more stories involving supernatural encounters than I have fingers. So how about you name a supernatural being and I'll see if I've got a story to tell you about it.

The British version of the Wendigo, now you got me. But I have dealt with the American version of it before.

[ Sam cringes a little bit. He never was a fan when it came to dealing with cannibals. ]

And man does it feel like so long ago. But my brother and I were on a case in Colorado to look into well... What a wendigo leaves behind. Dude was totally human once, and if you're familiar with the supernatural then I'm sure I don't have to go into details as to what drives someone to become a monster that eats people.
