[Bandit just sort of accepts the fact he can hear the other dog in his own uncomplicated way. Dogs shouldn't even be able to talk anyway, so whether it's through creative robotic implants or telepathy, he's okay with it.]

[Well, he tries to be, anyway. Sometimes, it's hard for a dog in a suit that makes him a small walking tank to be good and loving like he wants to be. He walks up to Cosmo in his clunky robotic suit, sniffing at the other dog.]

ok so, i'm not canon familiar at all, but just a basic google search for we3 makes me want to cry

[Earth is where Cosmo originated, but even that has become rife with superhumans and mutants and all sorts. He's met another dog who was able to communicate telepathically, and he lives in a place that is basically a hub for aliens of all sorts, so he never even questions this kind of thing.

Also, it's kind of reassuring that Bandit also speaks in the third person, for some reason.]

Good. These people here are mostly being good, too. Cosmo is seeing people from places all across the universe, but he rarely is seeing other dogs.

[The wonderful thing about dogs is that they don't really question the way the world works. Bowls of food and water floating over on their own? Bandit just sort of accepts this. He's far more interested in filling his belly and answers the question in between chomping down on the kibble.]
