Some sort of... Nexus?

Something like that.

What's the purpose of it?

I don't know that it has a purpose. I only arrived recently myself, by accident.

What have you learned about it so far?

There are people here that I had thought mythic, people from places that are in the past relative to my time, and from the future as well. I met one person who has been here for two years only able to return to his home temporarily.

I have never heard about such a thing before... Not even the Circle Mages has that sort of power. To traverse living things between realities... it's thought impossible.

I considered the possibility that I could be mad. But the place is not something I could imagine.

In my experience, things from different realities doesn't tend to be good things. Being in a place such as this... I'm not sure how to feel about that.

The people I have met so far are no worse than where I come from but I am looking for a way home myself.

No. Retracing my steps has not helped.

Then we ought to consider other options. Perhaps a portal of some kind? A Tear in the Veil?

It seems likely that we both came through something like to get here but I have no idea how to find one.

As a mage I can "sense" magic. Something such as that should have a very strong aura.

Hmmm... a potion of Ara might help. That said, I'm not sure where one would find something like that around these parts.

It's a blue liquid, shimming with magic.

That would certainly stand out. I have seen nothing like it yet but I will be watchful.

It's a rare resource, even in my own world. Not for ingestion, but a basis for many alchemical concoctions and spells. If I use it correctly I might be able to empower my "sense".
